Caving and Climbing
Caving and climbing are two fantastic outdoor activities very often done together. Caving and climbing take place below and above rock formations. If you decide to go caving, you will explore the underground world and with climbing you will try to reach for the mountaintop or challenge yourself by doing horizontal climbs. Many cavers take up climbing to reach the hidden chambers within the cave systems they explore.
In recent years indoor climbing gained popularity, and now there are a lot of people who do indoor climbing as a course. New climbing clubs appear all around the world each day and in some part of the world, climbing is done by almost everyone and even as a part of a school program. Both caving and climbing are amazing activities that help us explore the nature in a new and interesting way, without boundaries and with benefits to our health and soul.
