Hiking is one of the most popular outdoor activity. No matter if you prefer long or short walks, flat or uphill hiking is definitely one of the healthiest activities out there.

Suitable for both adults and children trekking is becoming more and more popular all around the world. Some hikes are more demanding than other you require special gear. With some hikes you will need to spend a few days in a camping area or know how to set up a camp on your own.

A day long hikes don’t require much equipment or skill. Nonetheless, you will need to at least carry water, map and some waterproof cloths. For longer hikes you should plan carefully on what you need to bring, as well as know the area a bit better.
